After a lot of waiting, the first batch of 2022 Grammy performers is now announced, and fans would surely love the lineup of artists that would grace Sin City.
The 64th Annual Grammy Awards will take place at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on April 3, 2022.
Airing on CBS at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, audiences can watch Trevor Noah host music's biggest night as it streams live and on-demand at Paramount Plus.
This year's Grammy was extra special since the music community anticipated the show after it was moved from January 2022 to April.
Afterward, the issue of the venue took over, with the usual Crypto.com arena being unavailable for the start of the sports season - forcing the Recording Academy to look for other alternative locations.
With speculations and rumors growing, the Academy finally confirmed that this year's Grammys would be held in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Arena. This is the first time the Grammys will be held in Sin City, as they have only usually held it in Los Angeles.
The 2022 Grammy Performers
Best Country Duo/Group Performance and Best Country Album nominee Brother Osborne is one of the first confirmed acts who will perform on the show.
Brandi Carlile, nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best American Roots Performance, shall also be gracing the stage for a performance.
Korean supergroup BTS, who is set to embark on a short Las Vegas residency, will take the stage ahead as they are up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
It also looks like Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow will be performing their Grammy-nominated "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" for their special Grammy performance.
Nas X is nominated for a staggering five nods, including Record and Song of the Year, while Harlow is nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance and was credited for Nas' "Montero."
Currently on tour, former Best New Artist Billie Eilish is set to stage a comeback on the Grammy's stage for a performance, possibly with her smash hit "Happier Than Ever," which was nominated for four awards, including Song of the Year.
Billboard's Woman of the Year Olivia Rodrigo completes the bill as she will also be performing at Sin City, with either one of her ensemble of hit songs from her multi-platinum album "SOUR."
Rodrigo, a first-time nominee, debuts the Grammy stage with seven nominations, bagging all four major nods.
The Recording Academy is expected to release another set of performers soon.
