Like normal people, famous artists have their fair shares of embarrassing moments; for superstar Ed Sheeran it is a time when he had a little too much fun with rapper The Game.
Ed Sheeran and The Game had collaborated before on the latter's 2019 hit album "Born 2 Rap," but the two's friendship stemmed way back since 2014, or earlier when they were reportedly working on an album.
The project, however, did not come to fruition. Instead, it became The Game's "Freakshow," wherein the British singer was featured.
Ed Sheeran Had An Embarrassing Moment With The Game
In an interview with Fitzy & Wuppa for Nova, an Australian commercial radio network, the "Shape of You" hitmaker spilled something very smokey.
In 2013, while the two were making records in the studio, Ed recalled that the rapper took him to a Compton studio where they made almost 14 songs together.
"And towards the end of the session his boys come in and they're sort of like, it starts being a bit of a party," he continued.
Caught in the moment, Sheeran took on what he described as "a tiny, tiny, tiny puff on something," and the next thing he knew, he "was out" and "had to go home."
Not vocally regretting it, Ed pointed out that he does not "really do that at all."
Coincidentally, after showing up on the Australian podcast, Ed Sheeran announced his Mathematics tour on his Instagram account.
