Is Pamela Anderson heading to Broadway from Hollywood?

She has already begun practicing for her part as Roxie Hart in the hit musical "Chicago," but the 54-year-old actress appears to be off to a terrific start.

According to a source close to the actress told Hollywood Life, she has relocated to New York City and has been rehearsing continuously for the next "Chicago" shows.

The "Baywatch" star has also been telling her close pals that she's "killing it" and enjoying every minute of it.

"Everyone is very proud of her for accomplishing this," the insider said, "and she feels like this is her second shot at her aspirations."

Pamela has been in a number of TV series and films, but "Chicago" will be her debut Broadway play.

She is also said to be thrilled to pursue her career in a new path.

"Pamela thinks she was not given an opportunity to exhibit her range as an actor back in the day," the person stated.

"She was always placed in the same kind of roles, and then she became so preoccupied with marriage and having children that she had to put all of this on hold."

Pamela Anderson intends to invest in her new skill and continue to display it now that she has discovered it.

Even her experience as an actor, the blonde bombshell is still concerned about what reviewers would say about her abilities, despite knowing she has given it her all and done her best.

Pamela Anderson will perform at the Ambassador Theater from April 12 through June 5. She will portray Roxie, a housewife who employs a criminal lawyer after murdering her lover.

Renee Zellweger, Lisa Rinna, Melanie Griffith, Erika Jayne, and Brooke Shields have all portrayed the legendary figure.

Pamela also appears to be preoccupied with several other endeavors, as she has apparently collaborated with Netflix on a forthcoming documentary on her life.

On Mar. 2, she shared a hand-written message on her Instagram page, saying, "My life. A thousand imperfections. A million misperceptions. Wicked, wild, and lost. Nothing to love up to. I can only surprise you - not a victim, but a survivor & alive to tell the real story."

The upcoming biopic comes after Hulu released a show about her life, "Pam and Tommy."
