Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Tickets

The Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Tickets are already on sale since 10:00 AM CEST, today, April 7, 2022.

As of this writing, tickets for the three Live TV Shows and Jury Shows are already sold out.

However, Family Shows for the three dates are still available for purchase. Fans can check availability here.

Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Schedule of Shows

The Eurovision Song Contest has three shows per stage.

The Jury Shows take place a day before the actual live telecast, wherein contestants perform in front of the International Jury for their votes.

The Family Shows are held earlier on the day of the actual telecast. Contestants per country perform in front of an audience that would serve as a final rehearsal before the evening's live televised broadcast. True to its name, younger audiences are welcome in this timeslot as it would be more convenient than in the evening.

Finally, Live TV Shows are when audiences across Europe and Australia can watch the contestants perform their songs live in the evening. It is also the only allowable timeslot where audiences can cast their votes.

Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Performers

Last October 2021, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) finally announced that there would be 41 competing countries for this year's Eurovision Song Contest 2022.

However, it was until last February 2022 that EBU confirmed that Russia is barred from participating this year due to the recommendation of the organizers because of the ongoing siege of the superpower country on Ukraine - bringing down the actual count to 40.

On the first day, seventeen countries, including The Voice of Belgium Winner Jérémie Makiese and Ukraine's Kalush Orchestra, will compete for the ten spots needed for the finals.

Eighteen countries are vying for ten spots to complete the 25 finals roster on the second semi-final day. The Rasmus from Finland will be making their Eurovision Song contest debut on May 12, together with Ireland's Brooke Scullion, who competed on The Voice UK's season nine.

The twenty contestants from the two semi-finals will compete with Eurovision Song Contest 2022 Big Five in the Grand Finals. These include France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the host country, Italy.

After a highly competitive selection process, Turing, Italy, hosts the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, following 2021's Rotterdam, Netherlands, which saw the win of Måneskin.
