Travis Barker shows how much of a risk-taker he is, not just in his music, but also in his fashion choices. The punk rocker didn't hold back when it came to dressing bizarrely for the magazine shoot.
A new Billboard picture featuring 46-year-old Travis Barker was released on Instagram on Thursday, Apr. 7, and he looked fierce. The fact that he's wearing skirt is a testament that he can make everything work. The rocker father-of-androgynous two's appearance, as seen above, made it plain that he was still a rebel.
His Thom Browne skirt, which came in black and white, was paired with tights and an all-black ensemble, including an over-sized black jacket and a white collared shirt. With Prada sunglasses, Balenciaga and AD.iii necklaces, as well as Dr. Martens and Raf Simons vintage shoes, his unique but yet very pulled-together look, worked.
Travis captioned the snap, "I say no a lot," a reference to the accompanying interview.
Travis was also very open about his music and his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, 42, in the candid interview. The founder of Poosh tells him, "We're very similar, with our backs to the wall," he says of the Poosh founder. "We have no quit, and I need someone like that in my life."
There is a palpable excitement in the air amongst the newly engaged pair. Over the Grammys weekend, they even had a fake wedding in Las Vegas.
As she clarified on Instagram, her and Travis' wedding was not legally binding. She posted some photos from their early morning nuptials. She captioned the photo, "Practice makes perfect."
Later, when asked if she and Travis had intended to make their union public, Kourtney acknowledged they had tried to do so but had been denied a marriage license at midnight.
During an appearance with her sisters on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on April 6, she elaborated that it was not a fake marriage. It's not her fault media outlets quickly reported about her "first ever marriage" and "no prenup marriage" as if these were truths already.
"It's not called fake marriage," Kourtney said. "There was no possibility to get a marriage license at that hour," she explained, noting she was surprised that they aren't available "24 hours" in Nevada. "That's what I thought [that you could get them anytime], I was like, are you guys lying? We asked five times and they were like, it opens at 8 am."
