Ozzy Osbourne will soon serve a new album to fans.

The long wait is over for Osbourne's fans as the rocker confirmed he has finished working on his new album. He delivered the good news on his Facebook and Instagram accounts, sharing a photo of him taken by Ross Halfin as he flaunts his usual rocker look.

"I'm so happy to let everyone know that I finished my new album this week and delivered it to my label Epic Records. I'll be sharing all the information about the album and its' upcoming release with you in the next several weeks," he captioned the post.

While he has not dropped further details about the album, Sony's financial statement last year confirmed that the follow-up to his "Ordinary Man" was expected to be available before the end of April.

The news came after Osbourne's producer and guitarist, Andrew Watt, said in December that they were halfway through recording the new album.

It features Osbourne on vocals, Watt on guitars, Robert Trujilo of Metallica on bass, Chad Smith of Hot Chili Peppers and the late Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters on drums.

Aside from the aforesaid musicians, Smith revealed that Duff McKagan, Eric Clapton, Josh Homme, and Mike McReady were also featured.

Ozzy Osbourne Tried To Get Jimmy Page on Board

Although the album already got the best musicians, Osbourne's team reportedly tried to recruit Jimmy Page for the project but failed. Page himself said that he wanted to be seen playing guitar again, but his planned return never happened.

In a recent episode of "Talk Is Jericho," Smith said they failed to get Page for the myriad collaborations.

"Then Eric Clapton plays a f****** wah-wah Cream-type solo. We're like, 'Eric, can you solo on this song? Wah-wah, please.' ... Because that's his f****** thing. And so he's soloing all over this other track. Then Jeff Beck is on two songs. We tried to get Jimmy Page - we tried to get the holy trinity - but I don't think Page plays anymore too much, unfortunately," he said.

Page has not performed in front of a live audience in the past years. He also has not released new solo album, but he was featured in the Led Zeppelin's documentary, "Becoming Led Zeppelin."

Despite not getting Page, Osbourne's fans already expressed their excitement to hear the singer once again.
