Madonna is back at it, and this time she says she has "absolutely no regrets."

A heavily filtered video of the former "Vogue" singer's visage, complete with big lips and a pair of pink sunglasses, was shared on Instagram on Sunday, giving her the appearance of a bizarre cartoon figure. This however, has sparked concerns about the singer's well-being.

During the video, Madonna licks a cookie and then drinks some water before crooning, "It's so horrible when you have something in your throat and you don't know what it is."

"That's what they say," said an unnamed man in the background, agreeing with the Grammy winner.

"No, seriously, it's like some weird fur," Madonna explained.

The pop star then praised one of her many pieces of jewelry, an IceLink necklace, which she described as "dope" but "not even genuine," according to the press.

"However, everything about this filter is true," she declared, appearing to be making a joke. "It's really, really cute," says the author.

Madonna ultimately declared she's done (at making the video?) after which she made some goofy faces while wiggling her tongue and concluded, "Absolutely no regrets."

This new video comes after a recent upload on TikTok that also caused concern.

Fans of Madonna were left perplexed and concerned after the music icon's latest TikTok video has gone viral, as reported by NY Post.

The 63-year-old shared a 13-second video clip days before the 2022 Grammy Awards, in which the "Material Girl" singer could be seen wearing thick silver chains and a black sheer top, with her blond hair in four braids.

Her post included a close-up of her face and her pink pouty lips. The only thing that could be seen in the video was her leaning back and forth toward the camera.

Her bemused fans couldn't help but comment on her weird TikTok video, with many asking why the Queen of Pop would upload something so out of the blue like that.

According to one commenter, the clip was "absolutely frightening." Some said they cannot sleep because of it.

The "Evita" star has recently been sharing NSFW photos via social media and many followers have speculated that her snaps are heavily edited and photoshopped.

Rap superstar 50 Cent even gave his two cents, and slammed her for a recent lingerie photo shoot she shared in January, claiming it's super funny. Madonna fumed at the time, and criticized the rapper for "humiliating others" to gain attention while his career is in limbo.
