Carrie Underwood won the first award of the night at the CMT Awards, but it was a special one.
After all, the 39-year-old country superstar's Collaborative Video of the Year award, which she shared with Jason Aldean, was her 24th of all time.
She and Jason also won the last award of the night, Video of the Year, at the CMT Awards for their song "If I Didn't Love You." Carrie won the award for the tenth time, giving her a total of 25 CMT Awards.
"First and foremost, thank you to Carrie for agreeing to sing this song," Jason said as he mounted the stage.
"However, this is about the video. And the video, to me, is Sean Silva, therefore everyone assault el box for making such a beautiful video."
Carrie Underwood has come a long way since auditioning for "American Idol" in 2004.
She began singing at her church when she was three years old and has loved it ever since.
But her life was transformed when she won the fourth season of "American Idol," launching a lucrative music career.
