Captioned, "show me ur last mistake. use this sound," The Kid LAROI's track sang "Here goes another mistake I know I'm gon' make," cutting to a photo montage of his former manager - Scooter Braun.
Fans who have commented on LAROI's TikTok video seemed to have mixed emotions about the shocking video.
One follower commented on the 10-second video, welcoming The Kid LAROI to the "Taylor Swift team."
This is in reference to the controversial Scooter Braun and Taylor Swift fiasco that prompted the female superstar to expose Braun in an explosive Tumblr post in 2019.
The video posted by LAROI now amassed more than 2.7 million views, 100,000 likes, 2,000 comments, and 5,000 shares.
Kid LAROI Leaves Scooter Braun Management
Last year, The Kid LAROI left Scooter Braun's SB Projects after three months on the management's roster.
He goes on to sign with Rebel Management, the company that handles Lil Nas X and "Euphoria" director Labrinth.
According to Billboard, the SB Projects - Kid LAROI split is "amicable."
"Laroi is a brilliant artist, and I wish him and his family nothing but the best. I'm proud of the historic success we had together in our short time - I am rooting for him always, and he knows that" Braun said in a statement following LAROI's exit from SB Projects.
Apparently, the cause of the split was Braun breaking a promise to LAROI for "enough participation" on additional projects. The 18-year-old star also had problems with other members of the SB Projects team.
However, Variety confirmed that the TikTok "mistake" was just a publicity stunt as they reached out to Braun's camp for comment. Scooter Braun apparently gave LAROI the blessing to use him on the video.
This is not the first time Scooter Braun "broke" a promise; Justin Bieber's vocal producer Chris "Tek" O'Ryan sued the high-profile manager for alleged breach of contract.
