Days after attempting to return to music with the announcement of his new single, infamous rapper 6ix9ine is hit with a massive million dollar lawsuit after allegedly bailing on his agreed commitments.

6ix9ine Faces 2 Million Dollar Lawsuit

In an exclusive report from TMZ, the "GOOBA" hitmaker might be heading to the court again after Streamusic filed a hefty lawsuit for breaching his contract.

Per Streamusic, they confirmed a deal with the rainbow rapper in August 2021 to "perform two musical concerts" and post promotional videos on his Instagram feed and stories in December 2021.

They have paid him $150,000 upfront to sign the contract.

However, 6ix9ine bailed on Streammusic's concerts and agreement to post promotional content online. He swiped the money he was paid upfront.

This is not the first time 6ix9ine was sued for doing the same thing; a Texas promoter filed the same lawsuit in 2021.

According to the company, they have allocated "significant financial and human resources" to prepare for and market the performances that 6ix9ine has agreed to do.

Staying silent at the time, the troll rapper returned from hiding and struck a new deal with the platform, rescheduling the concerts, to which the company agreed. However, in 6ix9ine fashion, he bailed on the agreement again.

Now, Streamusic made a huge move and sued the rapper for fraud, with a heaping $2 million in damages. The company is asking for "compensatory damages no less than $1 million and for exemplary or punitive damages of no less than $1 million."

6ix9ine Says He's 'Broke' But Flashes His Fortune Online

After confessing to a judge that he's "struggling to make ends meet" for a robbery case he is embroiled in, that might not be the case now after he explicitly counts his cold cash on his recent post.

In a sworn declaration that was made publicized recently, the controversial rapper appealed to a judge that an unfavorable verdict against him would "surely bankrupt" him in a way from which he may never recover.

But despite the appeal, he notoriously flaunts his jewelry pieces and expensive vehicles online. Most recently, he laid out almost a million of his cold cash on the ground.

Claiming he is the "King of New York," 6ix9ine is set to release his new single on Apr. 15, which came along with a "demonic" trailer.
