Good news for Future fans! The rapper has finally announced the title of his upcoming album; he also unveiled the official cover art as fans went wild in the comment section.
According to Uproxx, the rapper has been dismissive about his romantic partners, and he earned the title of "Toxic King" as labeled by fans.
Today, it appears that the musician is using this to his advantage for his next album.
After releasing "Worst Day" in February, he finally unveiled the album cover and the title of his upcoming record.
Taking to his official Instagram account, the rapper shared a photo of the record. He captioned the post with "Album Title: I NEVER LIKED YOU."
In the snap, Future can be seen slouching in the backseat of a luxury car as he donned a maroon suit with a matching sleep mask. He also appeared to be wearing a printed Ascott.
The post has amassed more than half a million likes and thousands of comments.
The outlet noted that the musician has been busy over the past few months as he appeared in several collaboration tracks aside from his album.
Future was featured in songs "Billi" by Earthgang, Lil Durk's "Petty Too," Nardo Wick's "Me Or Sum," and many more.
Before unveiling the title and album art for his upcoming record, the rapper spoke to GQ Magazine to open up about his new project.
He told the magazine that he's putting himself out to the world by sharing his lifestyle, pain, ups, and downs.
For the sound of his new record, the magazine noted that it would focus on aggression and fewer hooks.
Regarding his future collaborations with other A-list stars, the rapper discussed working with Kanye West, who is reportedly featured on the track "Stick Talk."
The musician said he and the Yeezy founder always had a relationship, but fans have a hard time perceiving it because they don't put everything on social media.
Before his busy career this year, he underwent a two-year hiatus, and he told the magazine that he did it because he's happy with life.
Although he also finds happiness while performing on stage, he also liked the idea of taking a break because it was his "escape."
His album "I NEVER LIKED YOU" will be released on Friday, April 29, 2022.
