Doctors discovered three large bullet pieces in Megan Thee Stallion's foot during Tory Lanez's claimed shooting in July 2020.
This is according to a medical report obtained exclusively by Page Six.
On July 12, 2020, police transported the "Savage" rapper, who is now 27, to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where she was admitted under a pseudonym.
According to the report, she was "awake," "focused," and "breathing comfortably" upon admittance. Prior to a more in-depth evaluation, she had a visible "small wound" on her posterior ankle with "no active bleeding."
Megan appeared to suppress information from multiple officials regarding how she sustained her injuries throughout the report.
She initially stated to investigators that she was "walking at a party and heard a loud boom and fled," according to the medical report, adding that she believed she had "stepped on glass."
Megan was queried "repeatedly" about her injuries at the emergency department, but she stated that she "never heard a gunshot and initially did not believe there were bullets there."

The report indicates, however, that early X-rays revealed bullet fragments in both of her ankles.
Megan told Gayle King on "CBS Mornings" early Monday that she initially did not inform authorities that Lanez, 29, allegedly shot her out of concern for her safety - given how soon after the George Floyd murder the incident occurred.
"The police are definitely very much shoot first, ask questions after, so I'm, like, it's [sic] a hot gun in the car, I'm bleeding, I've been shot, they [the police] are about to kill somebody," she alleged in the segment, while crying.
Megan alleged to King, 67, that physicians did not inform her that she had bullets in both feet until after police had left the hospital grounds.
Megan "told doctors the complete account of the night's events as they explored the likelihood of surgery," an insider told Page Six exclusively on Monday.
As a consequence of the procedure, "three bullet fragments were saved, packaged according to established protocol, and delivered to competent authorities," according to the medical record.
Additionally, the report indicates that there were "tiny bits of retained missile" that were "deemed too small to attempt retrieval," implying that fragments of the bullets remain embedded in her feet to this day.
Megan remained in the hospital until July 16, 2020.
Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was charged in October 2020 with one felony count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and one felony count of vehicular possession of a loaded, unregistered firearm.
In November 2020, he entered a not guilty plea and refuted the charges.
If convicted, the singer of "Luv" risks a maximum prison sentence of 22 years and eight months. In September, the case is scheduled for trial.
