Lance Bass may have a promising future in Hollywood.
The 43-year-old former *NSYNC singer wowed viewers with his acting skills when he took to TikTok on Monday to mimic a portion of Amber Heard's evidence in her ongoing legal battle with Johnny Depp. At the same time, based on the comments, what he did ended up highlighting how ridiculous some of the statements made by Amber Heard.
By now, Lance Bass' TikTok followers are literally begging him to re-enact more of these testimonies, or do all sorts of re-enactments involving crime shows. The singer is absolutely loving it, reacting and replying to most of these comments.
The 36-year-old "Aquaman" actress has made headlines for what the 58-year-old "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, actor Jon Bass, described as the "performance of her life" on the stand.
Heard adds in a voiceover while the former boy band member acts out the scene in his living room.
"At this point, we're sitting next to each other on the edge of the couch," Heard says in a voiceover while the former boy band member acts out the scene in his living room, looking confused as to whether he was supposed to be on the coach or on the floor, especially since Heard can be heard saying after that she was on the carpet.
"I was just sitting there on this carpet, looking at the dirty carpet, wondering how I wound up on this carpet and why I never noticed that the carpet was so filthy before," the audio continues while a visibly confused Bass lies down on the floor and start sniffing the carpet for emphasis. It's hilarious, but also a bit sad, considering this means Heard's testimony is a tad bit nonsensical.
@lancebass I've heard of dirty pop, but dirty carpet... that's a new one. #amberheard #johnnydepp #amberheardtestimony #johnnydepptrial ♬ original sound - Nanie Rodriguez735
The portion of Heard's testimony aired in the video was her description of the alleged first time Depp struck her.
"I'll never forget it. It altered my life," she told the jurors, adding that the actor smacked her "such hard" that she lost her footing on the couch's edge.
Depp is suing Heard over an opinion piece she wrote for the Washington Post in 2018 in which she represented herself as a victim of sexual assault.
Although Heard did not identify her ex-husband by name in the piece, the "Edward Scissorhands" actress said it harmed his reputation and career in the wake of her earlier charges of abuse.
On April 11, the defamation trial began in Fairfax County, Virginia.
