Marilyn Manson's lawsuit was dismissed by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge months after it was filed by his former assistant, who alleged many violent acts done by the shock rocker.

According to Rolling Stone, Ashley Walter's lawsuit was dismissed over the statute of limitations. Her previous claims against the musician include sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, sexual battery, and more.

The singer, whose real name is Brian Warner, has denied all the allegations.

The reason why the case won't move forward anymore is that the plaintiff has "pleaded too few acts and too late to keep this case in court," explained by Judge Michael Stern. (via CBS News)

Speaking about the statute of limitations, Stern said the Manson pleads that she was aware of the actions against her by the time she left her employment.

"Thus, nine to 10 years passed until the filing of the action, far beyond the two-year limitations periods of her claims," he explained.

According to the lawsuit, the former assistant claimed the singer approached her in March 2010 to compliment her photography. They decided to meet up, but things went bad quickly as Manson allegedly asked her to undress for photos.

She claimed that at one point, the shock rocker told her he "loved when girls looked like they had just been raped."

Months later, she agreed to work for the singer as a personal assistant, where she witnessed Manson's explosive temper that later escalated into him breaking furniture and berating her.

In addition, the "Running to the Edge of the World" hitmaker showed violence and even broke down a closet door where she was hiding from him.

Walter also witnessed the singer throwing a prop skull at actress Evan Rachel Wood that later left a welt on her stomach.

Manson allegedly hid drugs in her luggage at airports and forced her to take cocaine for her to stay up and work for 48 hours straight.

The woman was fired from her assisting job in October 2011.

The reason why she only filed the amended lawsuit earlier this year was because she felt she had repressed memories of the alleged abuse until recently.

Manson's lawyers also threatened Walter after appearing in Wood's "Phoenix Rising" documentary.
