When most people think of the NRA, they think of guns and that's it. NRA Country is so much more. NRA Country is "a celebration of American values. Respect. Honor. Freedom. IT'S A LIFESTYLE." Every month, the group picks a Feature Artist that shares those same values. This month, newcomer Chase Rice joins NRA Country alums like Trace Adkins, Lee Brice, Tyler Farr, Florida Georgia Line, Colt Ford, Angie Johnson, Aaron Lewis, Love and Theft, Montgomery Gentry, Craig Morgan, Heidi Newfield, Eric Paslay, Tate Stevens, Josh Thompson, Chuck Wicks and Gretchen Wilson as the Feature Artist for August.

Chase describes what country means to him, saying, "I grew up on a 15-acre farm in Florida, and later North Carolina. Instead of playing video games, I grew up hunting, riding four-wheelers, and getting outside and getting dirty. We went to church on Sundays and learned about Jesus, and then my Dad would drink a beer that same afternoon while my Mom cooked for me and my brothers. I don't really know what people call 'country' anymore, but that was, and is, my version of country and I love it. I am Chase Rice and I am NRA Country."

To help celebrate Chase and the NRA Country lifestyle, fans can register to win an "Ignite The Night Americaning Prize Package," which includes an autographed "Ignite The Night" CD, a T-Shirt, beach towel, sunglasses, trucker hat, water bottle and koozies by signing up for the fan club. (It's free.)

What a great way to celebrate country values and get ready for Chase's debut album, Ignite The Night, which hits stores on August 19, 2014.
