Post Malone is good at keeping secrets, as he managed to hide details about his new album over the past few months, but it turns out there's even a bigger secret that the public has yet to know. Now he's ready to share with the world what he's been keeping for over a month.
Speaking to Sirius XM's "The Howard Stern Show," the rapper subtly revealed that he's now a proud father of a baby girl.
He also mentioned that his longtime girlfriend, that hasn't been publicly identified is now his fiance.
The rapper, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, told the host that he "kissed" his "baby girl" before heading to the recording studio recently.
"That's been on the QT [quiet] though? We didn't know you had a daughter, right?" Howard Stern asked, to which the musician confirmed.
It appears that he's been hinting about his baby for over a month as he told People Magazine that he's the "happiest" he's ever been.
"I'm excited for this next chapter in my life, I'm the happiest I've ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad," he noted.
He also opened up about fatherhood to Apple Music 1's Zane Lowe, saying he's "so pumped up" to become a father.
The latest news comes a few weeks after Post Malone dropped his new album "Twelve Carat Toothache."
The musician collaborated with some of the most prominent artists in the industry like Doja Cat for the song "Happy," Roddy Ricch for "Cooped Up," The Kid Laroi for "Wasting Angels," and Fleet Foxes' Robin Pecknold for "A Love/Hate Letter to Alcohol."
To support his latest album, the rapper also announced a North American tour this September to November 2022.
According to Pitchfork, the tour will kick off at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska, on September 10, before visiting cities like Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Elmont, New York, Columbia, Nashville, Columbus, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Milwaukee and many more.
The show will wrap up at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, on November 15.
Post Malone tapped his "Cooped Up" collaborator Roddy Ricch as an opening act on selected dates.
