Post Malone is opening up about his recent alcohol journey and how he is recovering from it.

The reflection came days after he released his fourth studio album, "Twelve Carat Tootache," which he pointed out was inspired by his grueling journey with alcohol.

Ahead of his release, Post Malone is a proud father to his firstborn with her long-time girlfriend, now-fiancee.

Post Malone Explains His Journey With Alcohol

In an episode of The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM, Stern asked the "Circles" rapper more about the inspiration for the album - which he learned to be from Post's struggle with alcohol.

Blatantly responding if he is already sober now, Post Malone said he's not. But, he pointed out that he is "responsible" instead.

Posty then opened up about how the struggle got to a "really really really rough point," noting how he could not get off the floor for weeks.

Intoxicated mostly with Vodka, Post revealed that he was even talking to people who "weren't there."

Although he revealed that he did not get professional help, Post said that he had "super beautiful people" around him that helped him get through.

The person in focus, which he described to have made him feel a "human being," was her then-girlfriend now-fiancee, who remained unknown up until now.

Asked whether his girlfriend gave her an ultimatum to get better, the "Sunflower" singer confirmed that there were none.

"Oftentimes whenever you're looking for help, or subconciously even seeking help its not. An ultimatum is always heartbreaking. What do I do. its the guidance out of the dark into the light. She saved my f*cking life," Post said.

He also revealed that Justin Bieber, at one point, tried to help him get through with the alcohol struggle, but he ignored the help offered.

"People can look at you from the outside and see that something's wrong, and you can be trapped in your own f-ing world. I need to do a lot less talking and a lot more listening .... I'm 26 and I'm learning every f-ing day," Malone reflected.

Post Malone welcomed her daughter recently into the world, coinciding with the release of "Twelve Carat Toothache." The rapper would then go on tour with Roddy Ricch this year in support of the album.
