Faith Hill, a country music diva, revealed some intriguing personal details on how she changed into her 1883 character. Faith portrays Margaret Dutton in the Yellowstone prequel, with her real-life husband Tim McGraw, who portrays James Dutton. In the nineteenth century, the miniseries traces the journey of a family from Tennessee to Montana - and forced Hill to do something she now know she would not do again in a million years.

Such a waste, because it is now a raging feminist trend and her sentiments might be taken in the negative way.

Faith explained that, given the era of the show, she had to quit shaving her body, including her armpits, in order to more realistically depict the scene.

In an interview with Variety, the "This Kiss" singer stated that she was not a fan of the entire affair, which was demanded by the show's creator, Taylor Sheridan.

"That was really difficult, and Taylor actually called my husband. We were at a wedding, our nephew's wedding, and he said, 'Who's gonna be the one to tell your wife that she has to stop shaving under her arms?'" the country star explained. "And I'm thinking, 'What? We're at a wedding. Can this wait?' He goes, 'No, stop tonight." Therefore, Faith was forced to put the razor down for several months before shooting.

Faith was so determined to maintain her naked underarms that she proposed taping false hair to her armpits during the show, but this plan was rejected. Due to the uncomfortable nature of the event, she stated that she would even consider laser hair removal.

"I don't laser, but I may now, so I never have to do that again. It really grossed me out, I have to say," she added.

However, Faith stated that she sees nothing wrong with women who prefer not to shave, but she herself would not make such a decision. "All due respect to those who love that, and all that freedom, woo!" She said. "But for me, personally, I just don't like it."

As beauty trends have gradually become more inclusive - with cosmetics accessible in more natural tones than ever before and bras available in a growing number of bespoke sizes - women are also giving themselves greater latitude in terms of personal hygiene.

Celebrities who speak openly of their unshaven underarms and influencers who share without apology about their leg hair have embraced body hair.

The movement has exploded on Instagram and has even altered the marketing of razors. One can recall how commercials originally deemed leg hair "objectionable," and they cannot do this now without catching some backlash.
