Jamie Spears, Britney Spears' 69-year-old father and former conservator, has filed court documents in which he accuses his newlywed daughter of conducting a vicious social media smear campaign against him. It's clear the family drama is FAR from over, even though Britney Spears' conservatorship ended, ill feelings were already aired and the singer has so far gone and gotten married, suffered a miscarriage, and built a new life in a short span of time.

According to reports, he is also concerned that her forthcoming memoir would do the same.

The documents were filed on Friday, according TMZ. According to the source, he wants her deposed to respond to allegations that she was required to donate eight vials of blood for medical treatment while under Jamie's restrictive conservatorship.

In addition, he wants her to be questioned about her claims that she was forced to undergo treatment and denied necessary pain medicine.

Ironically, Britney's attorney, Matthew Rosengart, recently criticized Jamie for declining to take his own deposition in a May court filing on Britney's behalf.

"Despite his demonstrably false claims that he has 'nothing to hide' and would therefore 'hide nothing,' James P. Spears has been running and hiding from his deposition and accounting for his misconduct - under oath - as required by law," the docs read, per the Daily Mail.

"Indeed, while representing that he would 'unconditionally cooperate' and act with 'complete transparency without conditions,' Mr. Spears has engaged in stonewalling and obstruction - for over six months - dodging his deposition and repeatedly failing to respond to simple requests for basic information," they further revealed.

Jamie's fresh legal claims come less than a year after Britney's 13-year conservatorship was ended in a highly publicized court battle in November. Jamie demanded Britney's continued payment of his legal bills in December.

Britney has often accused her father of violating the conservatorship agreement, which was established in 2008 after a series of incidents in the mid-2000s raised concerns about the singer's mental health. Britney compared him specifically to a sex trafficker and stated that he "liked" having "power" over her.

Britney canceled her Instagram account on June 17, a few days after her weddding, for no apparent reason. Some said it was because her mother Lynne Spears responded to one of her postings with an eyeroll emoji. The singer's life dramas seems to be caused by social media, too.

In can be remembered that Britney criticized her brother Bryan Spears in a June 14 blog post, stating that he was not invited to her star-studded wedding to 28-year-old actor/model Sam Asghari on June 9.
