Nicki Minaj finally broke her silence amid emerging pregnancy rumors after her recently-concluded Essence Festival comeback performance.
The Do We Have A Problem hitmaker has been gaining attention recently after her most loyal fans, Barbz, are in a debate on social media about whether she is pregnant for Baby #2 or just gaining a few pounds.
In a late-night Instagram Live that she did recently, the Queen of Rap finally addressed the million-dollar question.
Is Nicki Minaj Pregnant Or Not?
Ahead of her explosive performance at the much-anticipated Wireless Festival in the United Kingdom, Nicki Minaj took the time to talk to her fans on Instagram Live last night.
While addressing some questions for her fans, Barbz on Instagram took the golden opportunity to ask whether she is actually pregnant or not.
Five minutes into the 11-minute live stream, Nicki finally responded.
"Am I pregnant? Oh, I did mean to tweet this: 'I'm not fat, y'all, I'm pregnant. Yeah, I meant to tell y'all, [but] I forgot," the rapper casually dropped.
Shocked with the bomb she just dropped, fans are fired up in the comment section, elated after Nicki confirmed the numerous fan theories circulating all over social media.
But after a few dramatic pauses and pretending that what she said was just a small thing, Nicki recanted her initial statement.
"Oh wait. Did I say it wrong? I'm sorry. I think I said it wrong. I meant to say, 'I'm not pregnant, I'm fat," she says now in a more serious tone before bursting into a huge laugh.
After successfully trolling her fans, she revealed that she meant to tweet the clarification but decided not to.
The 34-year-old mother of one then sarcastically thanked her fans for all the congratulatory messages she got after fans speculated that she was pregnant.
Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty had their first child last September 2020, famously known as Papa Bear, almost a year since the two finally tied the knot after rekindling their romance in 2018.
Nicki Minaj Wireless Festival Performance 2022
Nicki Minaj is the festival ender of the much-awaited Wireless Festival in London tonight.
This is the second major festival performance of the female rapper since her music comeback earlier this year.
The Super Bass singer reportedly sold out his performance at the festival, making her the only sold-out performer among all huge acts, including her infamous rival Cardi B, who hit a fan with her mic while performing last Friday.
