Omarion's former B2K bandmates determined that their former bandmate was "served" by the "Just A Friend" singer, Mario, after the conclusion of their highly anticipated Verzuz bout. Omarion said he was not the least bothered by the put down, and even said that inside drama with his former bandmates has been going on for some time, leading to their split.

Omarion sat down with TMZ Live and stated that a planned docuseries about the group will expose B2K's break-up and shed light on some of the sensational headlines that ultimately led to the band's dissolution.

"We call that being unbothered," Omarion said when asked about whether B2K's behavior distressed him.

"Being unbothered it just means that you don't give someone else your power and you decide how to respond instead of reacting. Reacting to everything can be a disadvantage because it's thoughtless and it doesn't serve you," he added.

According to him, this planned documentary would be truly capturing the truth and his perspective. It will about their journey, which started way back when they were all just children. He added that there are many people who are accountable and to be blamed for their strained relationship at the present time. He also beleive that among the members, he was the one who was not the close to any, for a good reason.

"Me being the last member to come into the group and them already having some kind of synergy, it always has felt within the scope of my career that I never had their support," he revealed.

He said he cannot blame them for that, as there are many more factors and people involved. The documentary will be entitled, "OMEGA: The Gift & The Curse."

B2K has been plagued by internal conflict for years. Recently, Raz B posted an email from the group's attorney Allen Jacobi that reportedly confirmed Omarion's departure from the group.

"@omarion you been out the group! Bruh," he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram. "It's amazing how you think everybody fucks with you!!! Chris Brown didn't even come out on your last L.A. set. The industry talks lil man!"

The split appeared to have occurred in 2019 after Apryl Jones, the mother of Omarion's child, initiated a sexual connection with Lil Fizz, another member of the B2K group. Fizz took a minute during the opening night of the group's Millennium Tour in 2021 to publicly apologize to Omarion for dating the mother of his child.

In a clip of the conversation, Fizz is heard saying he did a lot of "messed up things" against Omarion and was very sorry about it.

Omarion accepted the apologies and continued with the performance, but turmoil has since erupted between the members of the group as a result of his recent conflict with Verzuz. The singer responded to his comrades' assertions that they had been paid by referring to them as "backup dancers."
