Lil Tjay's recent hospitalization has been stirring the headlines for almost a month already, but to date, there have still been no solid pieces of evidence that could prove the shooter did it.
On the other hand, Lil Tjay has survived the grueling emergency surgery that he has to undergo at the time he was admitted.
Mohamad Konate, the man allegedly behind the horrifying shooting spree in New Jersey, is in the custody of the New York Police Department already.
Lil Tjay Shooting Evidence
Bergen County Prosecutors Office is currently investigating the grisly attempted murder of Lil Tjay that took place last Jun. 22, 2022.
But since the arrest and extradition of Mohamed Konate, the alleged suspect in the murder, no new leads have emerged on Lil Tjay's cases.
But last night, the CEO of VladTV, DJ Vlad tweeted something that could potentially help the development of Lil Tjay's attempted murder investigation.
In an explosive tweet, DJ Vlad shocked everyone by revealing that he is in possession of damning evidence that could lead the suspect convicted.
The video that Vlad has could be a solid shred of evidence that could be used for the conviction and sentencing for Konate, should he be proven guilty.
But why is the evidence still not used?
It is not known if DJ Vlad has teamed up with the authorities, in this case, the Bergen County Prosecutors Office, for the usage of the video as a major piece of evidence against Konate.
But in another tweet, Vlad clarified that the video will not be "shopped or sold."
Fans waiting for Lil Tjay's investigation to move forward are unamused by the "weird flex" of the music producer - particularly questioning his motivations for sharing the information but doing nothing to help the case.
Will Mohamed Konate Be Convicted?
Should the evidence that DJ Vlad currently possesses really points out to Mohamed Konate, he could be convicted for attempted murder, among many other felony charges.
Under New Jersey Laws, if the state has proven that Konate has an intent to kill or that his actions would d to serious bodily injury or death, he could be convicted of first-degree murder.
Additionally, since authorities have initially claimed that the shootout happened because of a "botched robbery" this could further increase the likelihood of Mohamed Konate's conviction and sentence.
For the sentence, a period of 10 to 20 years in New Jersey State Prison is expected for anyone who will be charged with any first-degree crime, depending on the court's decision.
