Lady Gaga has returned to the road after a five-year hiatus. Unfortunately, her much-anticipated "Chromatica Ball" tour got off to a rocky start.
Richard "Richy" Jackson, her longtime choreographer, has lately been accused of fostering a hostile workplace by many of the "Poker Face" hitmaker's backup dancers.
Since 2011, Richy has collaborated with Lady Gaga.
Caroline Diamond, a dancer, claims to have been a part of Lady Gaga's "Joanne" tour and even her Super Bowl halftime show.
Caroline took to Instagram to discuss Richy's harassment, saying he was "abused," "embarrassed," and "made [her] feel bad in the workplace, simply because he could."
The former dancer admitted she was afraid to share about her experience, and despite the fact that it happened a long time ago, and she doesn't now work with the "A Star Is Born" actress, "it still hurts" her so much.
Caroline went on to say that working with Lady Gaga was a "dream" come true, but that the singer-dancer was not engaged in any unfavorable incident involving Richy.
"When I was 13, I watched the 'Bad Romance' video, and it was my dream," she explained.
"I hunted it down and got it, and she is the dream, like in person, and when you get there, this man turns your dream into a nightmare."
Despite the ordeal, she stated that Richy tried to break her, but she "can't be broken."

Meanwhile, other dancers have made additional complaints against the seasoned choreographer.
According to some, Richy produced a "unsafe" and "unhealthy" environment in which most of them gave up and quit.
Sloan-Taylor Rabinor, another dancer, said she "wasn't even invited" to return for the "Chromatica Tour" and felt it was time to go her own way. She stated that "leadership was damaging" to her as a person and dancer.
Ten dancers allegedly filed the complaints, and Lady Gaga's crew is reportedly investigating the allegations.
However, it was dancer Montana Efaw, who has been working with the Haus Laboratories entrepreneur since 2009, who was the first to speak out and explain why she would not be dancing with Gaga at the "Chroamtica Ball."
Montana stated that Richy Jackson "was a dreadful guy to work with," and that multiple tragic situations were a clear indicator for her to go on and no longer work with him.
Other dancers told Rolling Stone that the choreographer subjected their bodies to harsh circumstances, adding to his reputation as "mentally abusive."
