Sean Kingston is no longer able to meet his Syracuse fans next month.
The singer of "Beautiful Girls" was slated to perform at The Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater on August 9, 2022, as part of his The Road To Deliverance Tour. In May, tickets were sold for between $45 and $70.
According to a representative of ASM Global, which oversees the Oncenter venues, the promoter canceled the show owing to "health concerns."
Kingston still has upcoming performances scheduled in South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston, but no other information was provided.
Ticketmaster claims that refunds are processed automatically at the point of sale.
Kingston is most known for her 2000s songs "Beautiful Girls," "Fire Burning," "Take You There," "Eenie Meenie" (with Justin Bieber), and "Letting Go (Dutty Love)" (with Nicki Minaj). In the past two years, he has released a number of new singles, including "Love is Wonderful" with Travis Barker, "Rihanna (Umbrella)," and "Ocean Drive" featuring Chris Brown.

Kingston has performed in Syracuse earlier, including at SU's Block Party in 2008 (alongside Fergie), during First Night CNY on New Year's Eve 2010, and at the New York State Fair in 2014.
It's unclear what his current ailment was - since fans rarely hear him about feeling anything. In fact, before this cancellation, the reports about him were about him doing his work, presumably under the pink of health.
In particular, the multi-platinum artist and songwriter, has released his latest single, "Rihanna" (Umbrella), via Eyes Above Water/Empire. This project solidifies his position as one of the most prominent voices in world music.
It can only recalled that the last time he complained of anything health-wise was already 11 years ago, after he got into a massive accident, requiring him to undergo open-heart surgery.
Back then, Sean Kingston discussed his jet ski accident and recovery from the near-death incident on The Today Show. The musician was filmed in Miami, transporting viewers and reporter Natalie Morales to the site of his accident.
"I think my work is not done. I think it feels like I need more time here," said Kingston of his recovery from the accident.
In May 2011, his jet ski collided with a bridge, propelling him and his female companion into the ocean. Kingston claims he lost consciousness when he struck the bridge.
