Is Lil Tjay already? Although it has been reported that yes, he is alive and recovered, fans cannot understand why they haven't heard anything directly from him. No representatives from his camp have even released official statements about his health after being shot so many times he required emergency surgery. For over a month, fans prayed and clamored for information, but... silence, aside from the occassional "reports" being released about him and not from him.

Rolling Loud 2022 has been one of the more credible sources that have tried to update fans about Lil Tjay. It once said that the rapper will eventually perform in one of its festivals. It appears that it does not intend to let the fans down.

As usual, Rolling Loud has been putting up spectacular festivals in 2022. They've conducted festivals in Portugal and Miami in the past month. The Miami edition included Kid Cudi, Future, and Kendrick Lamar as headliners. Cudi replaced Kanye West, who was eventually introduced during Lil Durk's act. Future additionally introduced Travis Scott.

Now, Rolling Loud is planning for its annual New York festival, which will take place from September 23-25 at City Field in Queens. These three days will feature performances by Nicki Minaj, A$AP Rocky, and Future. Fans in New York City will also have the opportunity to see Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Baby, and 21 Savage, among others.

Interestingly, Lil Tjay is included in the lineup for the first day - despite the fact that at present, fans are still clamoring to hear from him. The poster released is clear that he is part of the festival and fans should certainly rejoice. The last report of him was that he was finally discharged from the hospital, after a harrowing fight for his life. He was shot a total of seven times after all, in an attempted robbery.

Rolling Loud also announced that they will be joined in New York by another special guest performer -- Playboi Carti. He will be performing at City Field. Also performing on day 2 of RL Miami was Carti. Fans may acquire Rolling Loud New York tickets already on the website.

Lil Tjay was shot on June 22 during an attempted robbery in Edgewater, New Jersey, as previously reported. Tjay and two pals, Jeffery Valdez and Antoine Boyd, were sitting in a vehicle near The Promenade when a gunman approached them and demanded cash and jewelry, according to the police. During the exchange of gunfire, Lil Tjay was shot multiple times. Boyd got harmed as well.

The perpetrator, identified as Mohamed Konate, 27, has been detained by law authorities. He has been charged with three charges of attempted murder, three counts of armed robbery, and several other crimes involving illegal firearms.

In addition, Konate was struck by gunfire. Following the incident, an unknown person assisted Konate into a BMW and transported him to Lennox Hill Hospital in New York City's Upper East Side, where he was arrested. Valdez and Boyd were also held for gun-related offenses.
