Taylor Swift won three major honors at the MTV Video Song Awards in 2022, all for her music video "All Too Well."
She was the big winner at the Aug. 28 event.
Swift won three prizes for "All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor's Version"), including Video of the Year, Best Long-Form Video, and Best Direction.
The 10-minute short film was released in 2021 and is said to be inspired on her 2010 romance with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Sadie Sink and Dylan O'Brien feature in the film.
The original song was published in 2012, however the 2021 version adds new lyrics addressing their age gap.
Taylor Swift is also the first artist to win Video of the Year three times, with prior victories for "Bad Blood" in 2015 and "You Need to Calm Down" in 2019.
Taylor Swift now has 14 Video Music Awards, making her the fourth most notable winner of all time, after only Beyoncé Knowles Carter, Madonna, and Lady Gaga.
But did Taylor Swift expect to win significant honors, particularly the top award?
Taylor Swift's red carpet appearance and victory speech, according to a body language expert, conveyed volumes.
Swift, he added (via Yahoo), established "power and authority" on the red carpet and apparently displayed no "real astonishment" during her win announcement.
He said that the "Lover" singer gave her acceptance speech with "great confidence."
"From her behavior, it's evident she had no doubt she was going to be a winner on the night," the expert continued. "Her body language was devoid of genuine shock."
The 31-year-old singer-costume songwriter's choice also showed her inner confidence, as she chose a stunning gown that put her center stage. According to InStyle, all eyes were on her bare Oscar de la Renta little dress, which was tied together by layers of jewel-encrusted chains over a nude bodice.
Swift rounded up her look with crystal-encrusted Christian Louboutin high heels, a silver metallic manicure and pedicure, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
"Taylor did demonstrate gratitude for the support from her fans and we can tell that by the way she talked, stopping to ensure she spoke precisely what she wanted to say at that moment," the body language expert added.
Meanwhile, at the VMAs, Taylor Swift also announced that she is set to release her latest album "Midnights" in October.
