The season 3 finale of "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" has already come to an end and the emotions that everyone is feeling on Twitter are as many as the questions that the finale has brought about.
After a seven-episode tease for the Camp Shallow Lake production of the Disney hit "Frozen: The Musical," the big night for the East High Wildcats has finally dawned and it met a lot of setbacks, thanks to the need for a high-strung drama that the documentary that Corbin Bleu needs to produce for Disney Plus.
One of the most iconic songs of the movie was "Let it Go," and after Dara Renee's big original song debut in the penultimate episode, her performance as Elsa in the last episode showcased her triumph in a similar struggle to her character.
Suffering anxiety in the latter part of the season, Kourtney (Dara Renee) is poising to become one of the show's next main characters - especially with Olivia Rodrigo's alleged departure.
Credited only as a guest character this season, Olivia Rodrigo has taken a back seat and is last shown on the season 4 finale. During the 50-minute-long episode, Nini (Olivia Rodrigo) graced Camp Shallow Lake again and watched the whole show in the background, giving everyone her opening night letters.
Although it is not yet confirmed if Rodrigo would not be reprising her role in the series anymore for the fourth season, her character has finally bid goodbye to Miss Jenn (Kate Reinders) as she pursues her music career in California.

After the group burst into a fan-favorite song "Everyday" from "High School Musical 2" with Corbin Bleu - the one-month time-skip saw everyone from mere campers to full-blown Disney Plus stars with the success of the "Frozen Documentary" that Bleu produced on the show.
All invited for a press tour for the show's release Corbin Bleu showed everyone the trailer for the documentary, mainly containing spliced and overly-dramatized versions of their interviews and misinterpreted scenes taken across camp.
The trailer also sealed the recurring plotline on Ricky (Joshua Bassett) and Gina's (Sofia Wylie) budding relationship, among many others.
With the premise for Season 4 already announced at the D23 Expo earlier this week, the ending, which ended in a kiss from Bassett and Wylie, makes more sense now.
According to the official release, the gang, after their summer camp, is surprised as East High is temporarily used as a set for the highly-awaited "High School Musical 4: The Reunion" movie with the cast reprising as extras for the movie.
Sofia Wylie told PEOPLE Magazine that "HSMTMTS" Season 4 begins filming in September and will be released by mid-August next year.
