Bad Bunny's "Un Verano Sin Ti" is making strides as it is now the current record-holder of an album to have topped the Billboard 200 album charts. The album, with its No. 1 spot last charting week, has now logged 11 nonconsecutive weeks at the summit.
He now holds the most number of weeks at the top in six years and is set to dethrone a classic album from Drake. It has also surpassed Morgan Wallen's "Dangerous: The Double Album" record of the longest-running No.1 album in the 2020s decade.
Meanwhile, other new titles fill in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 charts, including Ozzy Osbourne's highly-anticipated "Patient Number 9."

"Un Verano Sin Ti" has logged its 11th nonconsecutive week at the top of the Billboard 200 charts.
Luminate reports that the album has generated over 97,000 album equivalent album units this week. Thanks to the 94,000 streaming equivalent album units, the album has reached its record-breaking feat. Album sales comprised 2,000 units, while 1,000 for track equivalent albums.
Bad Bunny's album is now challenging Drake's "Views," released in 2016. "Un Verano Sin Ti" was the first one to breach the 11th week No. 1 record since "Views." Should the streak continues and Bad Bunny's album progress to four more weeks, he could dethrone Drake on the 13th-week mark.
Pop Crave also reported that in the 2020s decade, "Un Verano Sin Ti" has surpassed Morgan Wallen's "Dangerous: The Double Album" as the No. 1 album on the charts.
In comparison, "Dangerous" debuted at 265,000 album-equivalent units, while "Verano" opens at 274,0000. Hits Daily Double recently reported that the album has already sold around 2.3 million units as of September 2022, making it the second all-Spanish album best-selling non-English-language album in the United States.
Billboard 200 Charts
Sitting at No. 2 is NAV's "Demons Protected by Angels" and trailing behind is Ozzy Osbourne's "Patient Number 9." The latter topped the Top Albums chart with 52,000 album sales.
"Dangerous: The Double Album" dives to No. 4, while Kane Brown's "Different Man" opens to No. 5.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again's "Realer 2" catapulted to No. 6 after spending a full charting week to No. 71. "Harry's House," "Rennaisance,"
and "Beautiful Mind," sits at No. 7-9 as Yeat's "Lyfe" closes the Top 10.
