Sad news for Pale Waves fans. The band has announced that they won't be continuing the remainder of their tour dates across North America over the next few weeks; why did they cancel their shows?

Taking to their Instagram account, the band shared an announcement regarding the postponement, saying they had to cancel their shows due to "logistical and safety issues" with their tour bus.

"We are unable to complete the remainder of our North American tour. We've exhausted every possible option to find a new bus, but have been left with no option but to cancel these remaining dates," they added.

The Manchester-based rock band then offered their sincerest apologies, saying they're sorry to those who already purchased tickets.

As of this writing, the group has not revealed the new rescheduled dates as they're currently working with their booking agent. They assured fans that they will share more details as long as they settled it as soon as they can. (via NME)

For those who already secured passes for the canceled shows, refunds are available from point of purchase.

For fans around the United Kingdom, their tour will still continue as scheduled. The official tour dates for November are listed below:

  • 11/25 - Albert Hall, Manchester
  • 11/26 O2 Academy, Liverpool
  • 11/27 - Barrowland Ballroom, Glasgow
  • 11/28 - Fat Sam's, Dundee
  • 11/30 - O2 Academy Brixton, London
Tickets are available via Ticketmaster UK's official website.

Pale Waves Members Previously Involved in a Bus Accident

More than two years ago, the rock band was performing across Europe to support Halsey on her arena tour. However, when they were traveling between Sweden and Germany, they suffered a near-fatal accident.

According to the outlet, everyone inside the bus didn't sustain any severe injuries, but they're still traumatized about what happened.

Frontwoman Heather Baron-Gracie said in an interview last month that all of them had to push themselves to "become mentally stronger" after the bus crash which heavily reflected into their music.

At the time, the lead vocalist opted to fly to their next show instead of joining her team on the bus, she noted that she felt guilty about it.

On the other hand, guitarist Hugo Silvani noted that they became the "most resilient band" they know after the accident.
