Jamie Foxx is prepared to perform at a moment's notice, as evidenced by his impromptu rendition of one of his most popular songs, with assistance from Diplo.
The comedian arrived at XS Nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday about 3 a.m. with a large entourage and joined DJ Diplo onstage. Appears to have been in the mood for a classic, performing "Gold Digger" with Kanye as if it were 2005 all over again.
It's amazing to see Jamie performing his old song; he hasn't lost a step, and the audience hasn't forgotten it either.
They were singing in perfect harmony.
Foxx reportedly stayed a little longer to help sing "Rack City."
Could this signal a return to his music career?
Jamie Foxx's fans are demanding new music and a tour after a video of the Emmy, Grammy, and Oscar-winning singer and actor went popular on social media.
Last August 21, the R&B singer Tank posted an Instagram video of rapper O.T. Genasis performing his rendition of Bonnie Ratiliff's "I Can't Make You Love Me" live. In the meantime, the "Day Shift" star urges the act to "Sing that s***. "Sing it!" The footage was captured inside the Peppermint Nightclub in Hollywood during the "R&B Money Jam" performance presented by Tank and Foxx.

He was not the only celebrity to visit this wild club night. Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons also made an appearance at XS.
Reynolds arrived at approximately 4:00 AM and, like Diplo, waved to the fans from his lofty perch. Dan also briefly used the microphone, although he did not sing or anything. Speaking of Diplo, he is currently experiencing a bit of a high. The male recently prevailed in arbitration against a woman who allegedly harassed him, obtaining a hefty judgment.
In addition to his 1994 debut, "Peep This," Foxx has released five studio albums during his illustrious musical career.
Among his other significant albums are "Unpredictable," "Intuition," and "Best Night of Life."
His tune "Blame It" from 2008 received the Grammy for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. Foxx's fifth and final album, "Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen Roses," topped Billboard's Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums Chart for one week in 2015.
