Authorities announced Thursday that three suspects, including a youngster, had been detained and charged in the deadly shooting of Philadelphia rapper PnB Rock on September 13 as he was eating at Roscoe's House of Chicken 'N Waffles.
A father and son are accused of murder and robbery in the criminal complaint. The stepmom was accused of being an after-the-fact accessory.
But it's now possible that apart from the three, more are involved. At least one more has been the person to tip off the trio that the rapper was wearing some very expensive stuff that day. The father was apprehended Thursday afternoon in Las Vegas by an FBI fugitive task force, while the teenager and stepmother are being detained in a Los Angeles jail.
Both Freddie Lee Trone, 40, and his son, 17, are accused of plotting to commit robbery and murder. Two counts of second-degree murder are also brought against the father. The teen was detained in Lawndale early on Tuesday, according to the LAPD.

The 38-year-old stepmother of the 17-year-old, Shauntel Trone, is charged with one count of accessory after the fact. The stepmother briefly appeared in court on Thursday in Compton and pleaded not guilty. She must appear in court again the following month.
Rapper Rakim Allen, 30, was fatally shot at Roscoes Chicken and Waffles on September 13 following an altercation over his jewels. In a statement, district attorney George Gascón called the blatant murder of the well-known musician "heartless and merciless." According to Gascón, "Mr. Allen's murder dimmed a bright light in the lives of his followers, friends, and most important of all, his family."
According to the criminal complaint, someone inside the establishment may have alerted Trone to a patron seated there who was wearing a lot of jewelry. It's not clear if it was a patron or an employee.
Court documents also showed that the father and son conspired to steal PnB Rock when he was having lunch with his girlfriend inside the eatery on Manchester Boulevard.
PnB Rock, according to LAPD Chief Michel Moore, was wearing "a significant amount" of jewelry when he was attacked.
According to the lawsuit, the 17-year-old shot PnB Rock once in the chest, twice in the back, and then demanded her girlfriend's valuables.
According to the prosecution, the 17-year-old made his initial court appearance in Compton's juvenile court on Thursday and will return for a pre-trial hearing the following month.
Since the tragic crime, the rapper's girlfriend, Sibounheuang, is placed in a hot seat. She had shared an Instagram Story of their lunch just before the incident. Later, the post was removed but the damage was done, in the eyes of those who deemed her either ignorant, careless, or actually involved.
Cardi B defended Sibounheuang on Twitter, and told haters to stop adding to the pain the grieving girlfriend has already been feeling.
