Robbers scarily targeted Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and her soccer star fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. They were able to gain entry and rob them of their precious belongings -- all the while the singer and soccer star, and their kid were all inside.
Things could have turned so much worse. But having their belongings stolen and their house intruded are no doubt very violating.
According to The Sun, the couple, both 29 years old, were downstairs with their 13-month-old son Axel when burglars on Tuesday forced entry into their $3.9 million home in northwest England.
Per the outlet, the "Sweet Melody" singer and her beau, a Premier League player for Liverpool, were robbed of priceless jewels and expensive purses.
The two, who reside in Cheshire alongside some of the wealthy neighborhood celebrities on a posh street, dialed 911. However, according to insiders, the raid has left them "heartbroken" over the loot taken and "terrified" for their safety. Detectives are currently searching through CCTV footage for leads.
A buddy remarked, "It's just the most violating thing - to think that someone has been all over their belongings before they even realised what was happening is so upsetting.

The friend added that the singer and the soccer star are obviously devastated that several priceless goods that meant a lot to them - not just financially. Things with sentimental value have been taken, and find it alarming because it happened while they were at home.
They continued, noting that although their home now "feels tarnished," Perrie and Alex are both quite determined to carry on with their lives and will take all necessary precautions to guarantee that their safety will never compromised like that anymore.
Page Six has contacted the representatives of Edwards and Oxlade-Chamberlain for comments.
The couple announced their engagement earlier this year on Instagram with a series of pictures from the proposal.
This announcement happened almost exactly one year after having Axel, their first child together, on August 21, 2021.
The couple allegedly waited until January 2017 to go public after first igniting relationship rumors in November 2016. Edwards came before Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Recently, Perrie Edwards has acknowledged that seeing a photo of her Little Mix bandmates Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock getting back together for a night out over the weekend gave her serious FOMO.
A few months have passed since the former X Factor champions went on "a hiatus," following sold-out performances at arenas across the nation.
The trio broke the hearts of fans near the end of last year when they announced that they would be parting ways after their Confetti tour. Rumors about who of the ladies will release solo material first have been rampant since Little Mix was put on hold.
Leigh-Anne firmly hinted that she's been working on music, while Jade registered a Twitter account using just her first name.
