Head up, Swifties! It looks like we will be seeing Taylor Swift at the upcoming 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards on February 2023!

According to Hits Daily Double, Taylor Swift's "Red (Taylor's Version)" and "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)" have both been submitted and were eligible for GRAMMY nominations.

Questions about its eligibility emerged when new regulations on the 2023 GRAMMY Awards were announced earlier this year.

When The Recording Academy released the Official Rules and Guidelines for the 65th GRAMMY Awards last July, Swifties were as confused as ever.

This is because, under the GRAMMY Guidelines for albums, The Recording Academy declared that "updated, revised, or expanded versions" of previously submitted albums will not be eligible.

"Red (Taylor's Version)" was released last November 2021, well into the 2023 GRAMMYs eligibility period.

However, the question of eligibility comes to light as the album was a re-recorded version of the album. In 2012, "Red" was nominated for Best Country Album and Album of the Year.

Billboard asked a source close to The Recording Academy at the time, to which they confirmed that - Yes, the album does qualify "as it is a new recording."

As for "All Too Well (10-Minute Version)," which took over Billboard charts by storm, it does qualify for the Song of the Year category too, or any other 2023 GRAMMY nominations as by extension with the album's eligibility - the track is also qualified.

The track has also "achieved prominence for the first time" as it was released in the current eligibility period.

Because of this addition, the race for the 2023 GRAMMY Awards' Album of the Year has grown tighter.

Billboard recently predicted that among the ten expected nominations for the highest award of the night, five albums are already a shoo-in. This includes Adele's "30," Beyonce's "Renaissance," Harry Styles' "Harry's House," Bad Bunny's "Un Verano Sin Ti," and Kendrick Lamar's "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers."

"Red (Taylor's Version)" was in the latter part of the publication's prediction, as it is still on the fence awaiting The Recording Academy's final ruling on its eligibility.

But with Hits Daily Double reporting its inclusion, "Red (Taylor's Version)" could now be considered the 6th huge contender for Album of the Year.

As for Song of the Year, "All Too Well (10-Minute Version)" is also a force to reckon with, battling against the record-setting "As It Was," "Easy on Me," and "About Damn Time," among many others.
