The "Drake VS Lil Wayne" tour made a stop at Hartford, Connecticut's XFINITY Theatre last night, where the YMCMB rappers brought out a special guest. Joining them onstage was G-Unit leader 50 Cent to perform his hit single "In Da Club."
As, AllHipHop notes Wayne and Fiddy were once involved in a feud that included disses during interviews and throwing shade on records. However, the two competitors have since moved past their beef and complimented each other's work. They were even photographed together at a Floyd Mayweather fight in 2012.
50 Cent's performance comes just days after he and G-Unit performed as surprise guests at Drake's OVO Fest in Toronto, where they performed "What Up Gangsta" and "I Get Money."
Since their tour started two weeks ago, Wayne leads Drake in the competition. In celebration of the tour, the two rappers recently released a collaboration called "Grindin'."
The tour continues tomorrow in Cincinnati, Ohio.
