Bon Iver fans were at a loss for words when the indie band pulled out one of the greatest guest performers they had yet for their concerts.
As the six-piece band rocked out at the OVO Arena Wembley in London last Wednesday night, Oct. 26, they gave their fans a night to remember when they pulled out Taylor Swift to perform their latest collaboration, "exile."
"exile" was one of the many songs included in Taylor Swift's surprise 2020 album, "Folklore."
Bon Iver and Swift weren't alone on the performance as The National's Aaron Dessner was also there to perform. Dessner produced the song with Swift, along with the whole "folklore" album and its sister album "evermore," which she surprisingly released in the same year too.
This was the first time that the two performed the song live in front of a massive audience. The last time they did it, it was done virtually. A performance of the track was featured on the Disney Plus documentary concert film, "Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions," Variety reports.

Fans were clearly shocked when the first chords of the song were played.
"When the song started, me and my friend were like 'I know this song, is it a cover?'..' No, no, it's a movie soundtrack'... 'nah man, I think it's a pop cover. Like a Taylor Swift tune or something'... and then Taylor Swift came on stage," a concert-goer wrote about the night," a user tweeted.
Swifties are at a loss for words too, but not just on the surprise performance - it was that the "exile" performance was somehow predicted, some will say "obviously hinted" on the recently-released "Bejeweled" music video.
At one point in the Cinderalla-esque music video, Swift pulled out a pocket watch with the word exile lit up - suggesting that something about "exile" is going to happen. Interestingly, the number 2 is also lit up.
The "Bejeweled" music video was released last Oct. 25, 2022, and two days later, the "exile" performance happened with Bon Iver.
Truly, Taylor Swift is a mastermind - testifying to the fact that the "Bejeweled" music video is filled with a "pdf file-ful" of easter eggs.
