Harry Styles has been touring in different countries over the past year for his "Love On Tour" shows and there have been several on-stage mishaps that happened to the singer that was caused by his own fans. More recently, another accident has happened, prompting supporters to call out those who attended the pop star's concert.
The former One Direction member postponed his shows last week due to an illness, but he was able to make a comeback recently. However, despite the crowd's loud cheers and chants, there were concertgoers who didn't observe proper etiquette while he was performing on stage.
As seen on a viral video online, Styles appears to have been injured after a fan reportedly threw what looks like a candy onto the stage.
The small fragment hit the pop star's eyes, causing him to be distracted for a few seconds before he continued hyping his fans up.
The fan who posted the video also claimed that the injury "ruined" the "Watermelon Sugar" hitmaker's performance of "Kiwi."
It appears that the mishap made a lasting impact on the singer throughout the night as the user who posted the video revealed that he couldn't open his eyes until the show ended.
In another angle, several small objects can be seen flying in the air before Styles got hit in the eye.
As of this writing, the singer has not publicly commented on the matter.
Fans OUTRAGED After Concertgoers Threw Candy at Harry Styles
Shortly after the video went viral, many fans immediately expressed their disappointment to concertgoers who threw objects on stage.
"People don't realize a flying object could literally blind him....I really hope he's alright," one wrote.
"Really hope he's OK!! How often I saw him getting injured because of people throwing stuff .. it's frustrating and sad really," another fan wrote.
"This man is giving 100% and they think it's alright to injure him?!? Like how do you call your self a fan, if you think it's alright to injure a person you care about. This is disgusting!" one wrote.
Sadly, this isn't the first time Harry Styles got hurt while performing at the United Center in Chicago as a water bottle hit his groin just a few weeks ago.
The singer appeared to be uncomfortable after the mishap, telling his fans "well that's unfortunate."
