Jack White is looking a little bit different these days. Known almost as much for his long, black hair and distinct style as his killer guitar skills and lyricism, the "Lazaretto" singer has now gotten a big style change up. Yes, the Third Man Records boss has chopped off his luxurious locks.
In a new post on Third Man's Instagram page, it was revealed that White has traded in his curly, shaggy 'do for a '50s style pompadour.
"Jack White getting ready to play Kansas City #jackwhite #thirdmanrecords #kansascity #midlandtheatre #august18," the post announces nonchalantly... as if we wouldn't notice!
Taking a page from Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, White is channeling old school rock 'n' roll with his new haircut, with long sideburns on his face and a piled up, greased up pompadour on the top of his head.
In typical White style, the photo also features him holding a guitar... if not, he'd probably be completely unrecognizable.

Jack White is in the middle of a largely sold-out tour in support of his new album Lazaretto, which was released in June. Following high profile performances at music festivals, White will next perform in Kansas City on Aug. 18, followed by concerts in San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Atlanta and more. White's North American leg of his Lazaretto Tour will wrap up on Sept. 22 in Miami.
