The apartment where Tupac Shakur honed his famed handwriting is currently available for purchase.

The block on Greenmount Avenue where the two-unit building is located has been christened "Tupac Shakur Way," and the home is now advertised for $179,900.

Pac and his family moved into the apartment on the first floor in 1984, when he was 13 years old, and he subsequently attended Baltimore School for the Arts, where he met Jada Pinkett Smith.

During his time in Baltimore, the "Hail Mary" rapper's enthusiasm for the arts and theater grew, and he began writing poetry, with Jada as a frequent subject.

Last year, in honor of his 50th birthday, the host of "Red Table Talk" unearthed one of his compositions for the world to see, and a comprehensive collection of his poems was published in 1999's "The Rose That Grew from Concrete."

Meanwhile, Mutulu Shakur, the stepfather of Tupac Shakur, will be paroled next month after serving more than 35 years in jail, according to NBC News.

In October, U.S. Attorney Carlton S. Shier authorized a motion for his release. On November 10, the decision to grant parole was made public.

Shakur, an activist and advocate for holistic healthcare who is now 72 years old, suffers from several medical ailments, including stage three multiple myeloma, a blood malignancy that can affect the kidneys and bones.

His compassionate release from prison will allow him to spend what are anticipated to be his dying days with his family. Jomo Muhammad, an organizer with the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement who has been campaigning to free Assata Shakur, said that there had been great tears of joy.

People are now thrilled to be able to reconcile Mutulu with his family.

The industry has not moved on from Tupac's death. So much so that some even think they can be the reincarnation of the rapper and some fans would believe it! A prisoner claimed to be Tupac Shakur's reincarnation and sought access to the late rapper's fortune.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, a prisoner called Tarnell Leon Jones filed a lawsuit to assume the identity of Tupac.

Jones claimed to be the resurrected Tupac Shakur. Jones said that he did not resemble Pac and could not recall the rapper's SSN. He gave publicly available information, such as Tupac's birthday and the date of the historic shooting in New York's Quad, which many believe launched the "East Coast/West Coast" hip-hop battle.

Jones insisted, however, that if he were permitted to undergo sophisticated medical exams, the world would discover he has two blood types and possibly two hearts.

Jones instructed the court to Google his complete name since it translates in some way to Tupac's "reincarnation name." In addition, he demanded compensation for acts that transpired in the 1990s and documentation relevant to Tupac's identity.
