Carrie Underwood's "Denim & Rhinestones" tour began in October. However, she has admitted to feeling bad about going on it.
She announced the tour dates in May, noting in a press statement that she's delighted to bring new music to the tour as well as fresh takes on some of her old classics.
"We've already been working hard to put on an incredible performance, and I can't wait to meet everyone on the road!"
The "American Idol" winner's tour is her seventh in support of her ninth album, also titled "Denim & Rhinestones."
It began on October 15 in South Carolina and is scheduled to end in March 2023 in Seattle, Washington. The tour as a whole has 43 dates.
However, Radar Online stated that because she won't be on the road for months, the 39-year-old is suffering from "mother guilt."
Even when her two children joined her for these performances, the "Jesus Take The Wheel" singer was allegedly torn in two.
Carrie captioned a photo of herself carrying Isiah on an empty area stage in early November, "When worlds and roles collide."
According to a source, Carrie missed hanging out with the team and focusing only on her music and the program.
The country singer requires her own personality that is distinct from her personal life.
The insider explained that Carrie has been feeling "super-selfish" as she goes all in, even performing a copy of Guns N' Roses' "Welcome to the Jungle."
A source told Star magazine that Carrie also put in the effort to prepare for her demanding performances, doubling down on jogging and circuit training.
Despite the fact that she misses her boys terribly, Carrie Underwood is said to be driven nuts by the tour.
"She's a creative person who needs to be able to roam and express herself."
Meanwhile, the "If I Didn't Love You" singer can rely on her 12-year husband, Mike Fisher, to put out the fires at home.
According to the source, the two children are coping well with their mother's absence, since Isiah is old enough to understand that his mother is renowned and has a job.
They allegedly communicate constantly through video call.
"The kids miss their mother, but they see and talk to her on FaceTime every day." She inquires about their day and even assists Isaiah with his homework."
Carrie, on the other hand, has plans to return home for brief periods in between shows, so she won't miss her family as much.
