Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and that means it's time to get into the holiday spirit.

When a family gathers to eat a Thanksgiving meal, everyone brings a specific vibe to the table. Everyone has their own tastes, be that in food or in music. Much like each of the dishes at this eclectic meal, everyone brings their own flavor to the table.

In a way, the people that come to the meal are like dishes themselves: they come with their own unique vibes, energies, and tastes. (If you think you feel a segue coming, you're right!) Taste in food is not all that different about taste in music (Woop! There it is!)

The artists you are consuming on a regular basis will say a lot about the energy you are bringing to the upcoming festivities.

Here is the Thanksgiving meal you are based on the singer you can't seem to stop gobbling up.

1. Taylor Swift - Turkey

Taylor Swift has been the musical main course for the last month. Since the release of Midnights, Swift has broken multiple records (several that she initially set herself), been the first artist ever to hold all top ten slots of the Billboard Hot 100, and had so many fans come out to buy tickets to her tour that Ticket Master is now OFFICIALLY under investigation. If have been listening to cycles of Swift, you are bringing some main course energy to your family meal this year. You are the Turkey (and that is a COMPLIMENT!)

2. Drake and 21 Savage- Wine (Or Whatever it is your drinking)

If you have been rocking out to the new Drake and 21 Savage album, you are ready to bring the party to your family event. The driving beat and exciting energy of these songs means you are ready to get together, eat good food, and have a great time. (Also, the fact that 21 is LITERALLY in the name tells us that the Thanksgiving item you're bringing might not be for the kids!)

3. Sam Smith and Kim Petras - Stuffing

No Thanksgiving is complete without stuffing, and, if you have been rocking out to the chart topper Unholy by Sam Smith and Kim Petras, this is the energy you are bringing to the table. Stuffing is satisfying, unique, and a combination of tasty things that make a filling and perfect combination. Stuffing may not be the main course, but we will be SHOCKED if there are any left overs.

4. Nicki Minaj - Cranberry Sauce

If you have been devouring Nicki Minaj as of late, you are absolutely the cranberry sauce at your Thanksgiving meal. You are sweet and bitter all at the same time, giving the night the exciting, much needed flavor that it needs. Your Thanksgiving has the potential to get Super Freaky with you at the table. You're sure to make the night exciting!

5. Steve Lacy - Mashed Potatoes

You are definitely the mashed potatoes of your Thanksgiving if you have been jamming out to Steve Lacy day in and day out. Steve Lacy's warm and smooth sound is soothing and exciting. The calm, rich energy is just like that of mashed potatoes: it is the perfect balance of comfortable tradition with exciting elevation it provides to the meal. Mashed potatoe energy is a must have!

Dessert is one of the best parts of every meal. For some it is THE best part: especially at Thanksgiving. Pumpkin pie can do no wrong and enriches every meal it is present at. If you have been listening to Rihanna on repeat, you are pumpkin pie of your Thanksgiving.
