50 Cent's lawsuit against a plastic surgeon who allegedly used his image to promote its products and services-including penis enhancement-has a trial date set for the following year.
Many are aware that 50 Cent is no stranger to the court, in fact, according to him, he's been going there since he gained prominence in 2003. Perhaps this is why he's racked up quite the amount in legal fees.
"I spent over $23 million legal fees since I've had success in 2003. Over $23 million in legal fees," he revealed in an interview with Brian J. Roberts.
Even though the rapper is a wealthy man, with an estimated $40 million net worth, he was still surprised with how much he has spent over the years.
"So when you say you successful or that you rich in a different way, that money was just written off as expenses of business.
"You in it and I'm going, 'What?' When I'm looking at it myself, 'That's how much you really spent on that?' I was like, 'Wow!'"
However, he is also aware that legal fees are unavoidable, especially as a prominent figure in the music industry. Friction and bouts are unavoidable. To this, he simply said: "The only thing someone in America can do is sue someone."

'Big Deal'
Earlier this year, the rapper reportedly filed a suit against a plastic surgeon who used his picture to promote her company, MedSpa, and its services, which also included penis enhancement, thus falsely implying he underwent the surgery himself.
The picture was taken in 2020, and 50 Cent claimed that he thought the plastic surgeon was a fan.
Furthermore, the rapper took to Instagram to deny he ever had any surgeries performed in relation to the said body part.
"Yeah my d**k is a BIG DEAL set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put themselves out of business. SMH, [sic]" he wrote in the caption.
So for now, 50 Cent will just have to add another case under his belt and total his expenses on legal fees once again. According to reports, the trial is set to begin on July 3, 2023.
