The Weeknd lost his voice mid-concert two months ago, and promised to reschedule the concert once he got better-he stuck to his promise. The singer returned to SoFi Stadium last night to deliver the concert that fans truly deserved, and he killed it.

"And we're back at the scene of the crime, it looks like," he jokingly said, before mimicking a barbell workout with his microphone.

The "scene of the crime" the 32-year-old is referring to is the very same SoFi Stadium, where he lost his voice months ago. This show is a makeup concert that is included in his "After Hours Til Dawn" tour.

18 Minutes

According to Daily Mail UK, the "I Feel It Coming" singer was performing for only 18 minutes when he abruptly stopped the concert in September.

But after 18 minutes of performing at the time, The Weeknd addressed the audience with solemn news, "I personally want to apologize to you guys. I don't know what just happened when I screamed, but I just lost my voice.

"This is killing me. I don't want to stop the show. But I can't give you the concert I want to give you right now. I'm going make sure everybody's good - get your money back - but I'll do a show real soon for you guys.

"But I wanted to come out and personally apologize, and not tweet it or Instagram it or whatever. But I want you guys to know that I can't give you what I want to give you. ... I'm so sorry. I love you guys. Thank you so much."

After the successful makeup show, he took to Instagram to once again thank the Los Angeles crowd for sticking around and watching him perform for them again.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fighting through ... this with me and for coming back and showing me so much love," he wrote.

"I knew you'd come back ... I love you guys so much, and I don't know what else to say. ... Los Angeles, I f- love you!"
