Iggy Azalea just suffered a major health scare, and thank the heavens because she's already recovering from it already!

Sharing on Twitter about her scary medical journey in the past few weeks, the female rapper's fans were shocked to hear the massive complications she had to suffer after what she described to be a "mundane" surgery.

"Wanna hear a crazy story? I was supposed to travel to Australia and film a movie but right before I left I had what I thought would be a rather mundane surgery on my back to fix the issues I had after touring two summers in a row on an injury," she said in a tweet.

Turns out, the surgery didn't turn out to be very "mundane" because she had complications in her recovery, and she ended up being hooked up to "millions" of machines to sustain her medical care. She also went on to reveal that she had been in so much pain for three weeks and that she couldn't remember it happening at all.

"I didn't walk except to use the bathroom ( a whole other ordeal lol) for 3 weeks & you'd be shocked to know how weak you can get when you don't actually move. It happens really fast," she said in a follow-up tweet.

Azalea, who is now recovering, shared that she was cleared a week ago and has started moving again. She sees someone daily, possibly a physical therapist, as they are doing some workouts.

"I've been getting back strong. I will recover 100%. My goal is to be in good health by Christmas," she tweeted. "It's been very mentally challenging to suddenly not be able to do anything for yourself and have no answers about when you will recover. That was the hardest part but all the Drs have been so happy with how quickly I'm getting better now that I'm back moving & walking."

While she is obviously in high spirits, the "Problem" rapper went on to reveal that, obviously, she wouldn't be in the movie anymore, but she remains thankful to be seeing the "light at the end of the tunnel" after the massive health scare.

"I think I'm gonna seriously get into my fitness after this. I value my body in a whole new way after this experience," she finally said.
