The suspect in Takeoff's tragic shooting is presently in police custody. However, Patrick Xavier Clark posted a series of bizarre tweets days following the untimely death of the Migos rapper.
Houston Police reported the arrest of the 33-year-old DJ on December 2.
The suspect, who allegedly worked as a club promoter, was the one who fired the rounds that killed Takeoff on November 1 at a Houston bowling alley.
Patrick's social media profiles have been scrutinized as a result of his arrest, per Radar Online.
In one tweet dated November 2, a day after the shooting, he wrote, "God got me he been had me." The following day, the suspect said, "God doesn't make mistakes."
Patrick also posted two more tweets a week later, saying on November 9, "Been hurt so many times it's hard for me to feel love."
The next day, he wrote, "I ain't perfect, I'm solid tho."
According to sources close to Patrick, who apparently runs the Houston-based strip club The Flame HTX, he was "framed" since he's "not the kind" to have violent outbursts.
"I know him. He's not like that. I honestly feel like they got the wrong man," a friend close to him told The Daily Beast.
"He doesn't get upset or hostile. He's extremely sweet and thoughtful. That's all I have to say. I feel he's being framed," they continued.
A rapper close to Patrick Xavier Clark also maintained that he had no history of violence.
"Pat was similar to Takeoff in that he was quiet and simply went about his business," Jmali said, "which is why this is so startling to everyone."

Takeoff Dead
Takeoff, actual name Kirsnick Khari Bal, was only a spectator on November 1 when gunshots were fired outside 810 Billiards and Bowling Alley.
Just before the shooting at 2:30 a.m., the rapper and his Migos bandmate, Quavo, were at a private party with 40 participants.
Takeoff was struck and murdered outside the bowling alley's door, according to officials.
Two other persons were shot but were sent to the hospital right afterwards since their injuries were not life-threatening.
No other information regarding the incident or how detectives arrived at the conclusion that the suspect was the gunman, Patrick Xavier Clark, was given by the chief of the Houston Police Department.
There was no doubt about it, and the police were of the opinion that Takeoff was just "in the wrong place, wrong time," as he was merely a spectator who was shot when a dice game became violent.
