SZA just dropped the official tracklist of her highly-anticipated sophomore album "S.O.S." , and fans are already demanding a collaboration with other artists in the future.
More recently, one fan asked the R&B star about when she will team up with Paramore frontwoman, Hayley Williams and users didn't expect her answer.
"@sza Hayley Williams x SZA collab when???" a curious fan asked on Twitter.
The "Shirt" hitmaker responded, but didn't give a direct answer to the user. However, she gave fans a glimpse of her friendship with the female rocker.
"I talk to her more than you'd think lol," she responded. (via Billboard)
The recent fan question comes after SZA shocked her supporters after dropping a whopping 23-song tracklist of her upcoming albums featuring some of the biggest artists in the industry today like Phoebe Bridgers on "Ghost in the Machine," Don Oliver on "Used," Travis Scott on "Open Arms" and Ol' Dirty Bastard on "Forgiveless."
As of this writing, SZA didn't confirm whether she'll collaborate with Hayley Williams in the future or not.
Fans Demand Another Collaboration From SZA
After the singer dropped her tracklist, many fans were confused as there were rumors in recent months that she would be collaborating with Doja Cat again. However, the song is nowhere to be found.
It all began when the singer performed "Bloodstain/Shirt" at the Mad Cool festival earlier this year where she revealed a "secret," saying the song will feature an artist with a name that starts with "D" and rhymes with Soulja.
She doubled down the speculations after saying she already collaborated with the artist in the past, leading fans to expect it was Doja Cat. However, many were disappointed as the collaboration didn't make the final cut.
The two already teamed up with each other for the record-breaking and Grammy Award-winning song "Kiss Me More." It won the coveted award show's Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
In a recent interview, SZA finally revealed the reason why the rapper wasn't featured on her album, saying Doja Cat's emergency vocal chord surgery hindered her from completing the verse in time.
"I'm still like a major fan of her artistry and I think she's so incredible... I would love to get her on a deluxe," she told Hot 97.
SZA's sophomore album "S.O.S." will be available for streaming and purchase starting on December 9.
