Taylor Swift and Jamie King Take the Ice Bucket Challenge Together

When Supermodel Lily Aldridge and singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson both challenged Taylor Swift to the popular Ice Bucket Challenge, Swift did it big and in style. She and Jamie King took a break during the rehearsals for next week’s MTV Video Music Awards and took a whole slew of people outside with them. Both gals were holding $100 dollar bills, fanned out, to represent the money being donated to help fight ALS. According to Taylor, there was one Benjamin for each person there with them.

Swift issued her own challenge to pals Selena Gomez, Emma Stone and Ed Sheeran and then the countdown began. Two large buckets of ice water were joined by nearly 20 friends as each person in the video got cold and wet with the two ladies.

Talk about doing it in style! Not only did Taylor Swift get plenty of folks to take the icy plunge with her, she also donated her own money to the cause. With her long history of donating money to worthy causes (as well as her time), this wasn't really a surprise. The lady has a huge heart and she wears it well!
