Keyshia Cole's 'Point of No Return' Album Slated For October Release

Keyshia Cole's sixth studio album is on the way.

According to Vibe, Point of No Return is slated to be released Oct. 7. Cole made the announcement in a press release.

The album will feature the R&B singer's past singles "She," "Rick James" and "Next Time (Won't Give My Heart Away)" with guest spots by R. Kelly, Juicy J, Future, Wale and August Alsina.

As previously reported, the album will include production from Mike WiLL Made-It, Stargate, Mario Winans and RedOne. And this time around, Cole is offering fans a new sound.

"There's definitely more sexy songs on this album than I've ever done," Cole told Fuse. "I'm excited to see what the people think about that, so we'll see how receptive they are to the album. I think it's a great album and I feel like it's one of my best albums to date."

Last month, Keyshia Cole kicked off her Point of No Return tour to promote her new project. Fellow Oakland native and R&B newcomer Adrian Marcel has been on the road with her.

Marcel's radio hit "2 AM" featuring Sage The Gemini is doing well at radio outlets nationwide.

The 26-city tour kicked off in Detroit and will come to a close Aug. 25 at the House of Blues in San Diego, California.
