Did Taylor Swift "tease" when "Reputation (Taylor's Version)" will be released?
The "Anti-Hero" hitmaker's admirers believe they have discovered which album she is now re-recording only moments after she posted a phototo commemorate her 33rd birthday.
On December 13, the multi-award-winning and ground-breaking singer-songwriter uploaded a photo on social media, revealing to her millions of followers that she was in the studio with Jack Antonoff, a frequent working partner.
Taylor appeared to have taken a seat on the floor of the studio while raising three fingers on each hand and carrying a cello over her lap.
Although the future director's attire is partly obscured, it appears like she is donning a white blouse with cat design and black denim trousers.
On the other hand, Jack sat in a chair next to her with a guitar in his lap.
The "Lavender Haze" singer said in the caption, "Thanks for all the beautiful wishes today!!"
"I spent my 33rd birthday in the studio of course ... Wouldn't have it any other way. Love you!"
Fans of the singer believe the image, which appears to be a simple birthday celebration, is actually a hint that she is already working on her sixth studio album, "Reputation," which was published in 2017.
The first and most obvious indication, according to a lot of Taylor Swift fans, is in her hands.
Her new age and the number six might both be indicated by the three fingers raised on each hand, according to Swifties. This also makes reference to "Reputation," her sixth album.
Some also think that her fingers may potentially indicate March 3, 2023. It would be the album's potential release date.
Others Swifties, however, believe that "Speak Now: Taylor's Version" may possibly be in the works and that Taylor might even control the release date.
Some people disagree about which album Taylor Swift is referencing in her social media tweets since they believed the album was being re-recorded in November.
The $1 dollarthat is sitting on top of the keyboard in the backdrop is another hint that "Reputation" is the subject. After all, she obtained $1 in damages from a radio DJ who had grabbed her in 2013 at a meet-and-greet before a concert in her 2017 assault and battery complaint.
That reference was also made by Taylor in the "Reputation" song and music video "Look What You Made Me Do."
