And the drama continues!

After taking the stand yesterday and breaking down in tears, Megan Thee Stallion surely had everyone's heart after revealing new information about how Tory Lanez harassed her after allegedly shooting her in the foot in 2020.

Aside from Lanez and Megan, another key figure in the felony assault investigation is the latter's former assistant and best friend, Kelsey Harris, who was also in the same SUV that the three of them rode in 2020.

In a recent Rolling Stone report, Kelsey Harris made a 360 move and recanted her earlier statements made last September 2022.

The publication also said that after playing snippets of the interview Harris had three months ago, she now claimed that the damaging account against Lanez was "not accurate," as she was "not truthful," and she did all of those to "protect" herself from harm.

More so, Harris revealed that she no longer has any recollection that Lanez, formally known as Daystar Peterson, had a gun or had shot her estranged best friend Megan in the foot two years ago.

Furthermore, Harris recanted her earlier statement that Lanez was "aiming the gun straight but always in a downward direction toward Megan," now saying she did not witness the shooting at all.

"Some of those things I stated, they were not accurate. The night was a blur. We were under the influence," she said in a statement.

In the examination, Harris was said to have been anxiety-ridden and suffering from postpartum stress and grief after a close family member passed away - prompting her to lose recollection of the details of the incident and focus while taking the stand.

However, it did not stop Harris from defending herself when it was suggested by Tory Lanez's camp that she was the one who pointed the gun at Megan and fired off.

"I mean, it's ridiculous. It's ridiculous," Harris described the accusations.

Supposedly, Harris' testimony would have helped Megan Thee Stallion's claims, as she was the only other person at that SUV ride, excluding the driver, that could corroborate the incident.

"She's painted the picture that I betrayed her, she's painted the picture that I'm this bad person, bad friend, that I took hush money. There are many lies," she told the court about Megan.
