Just days after Sharon Osbourne was hospitalized, her husband, rock music superstar, Ozzy Osbourne, was spotted out and about in California and many fans online were shocked by his appearance.
According to the New York Post, the Black Sabbath vocalist was almost unrecognizable when he was photographed in a luxury supermarket in Los Angeles.
Described by many as looking "frail," the metal musician donned a gray coat with black trainers. Throughout his time in Erewhon Market, he was assisted by a woman who pushed his shopping cart around the area as he walks with his cane.
After the photos circulated online, many fans were surprised by the singer's appearance today compared to what he looked like years ago.
Fans Were Surprised
"Poor Ozzy. Although it's not surprising he is in that condition, at this point in life..." one wrote.
"That is not Ozzy," another one wrote in confusion.
Not all were surprised with what Osbourne looked like today as they saw it coming due to his bad habits over the past few decades.
"He's 74. Considering all the drugs he's put into himself he's lucky to be alive," one wrote.
Some users pointed out that the vocalist looks good at the age of 74 considering his vices during his younger years, writing, "really he just stopped dyeing his hair and wearing shades. Dude is 74. He looks amazing for 74 considering the drug cocktails throughout his prime."
Ozzy Osbourne's Health Woes + Sharon Osbourne's Hospitalization
Ozzy Osbourne has had several health problems over the past few years. In 2020, the musician, who was dubbed the Prince of Darkness, announced that he has been struggling with Parkinson's disease, which is one of the main reasons why he's using a cane while walking.
The year prior, he underwent multiple surgeries to fix his back and neck problems due to an accident that happened 16 years prior.
The last time he publicly revealed he underwent an operation was in June of 2022 to realign the affected areas due to his ATV accident.
On the other hand, his wife, Sharon Osbourne, was reportedly hospitalized a few days ago while working on a ghost-themed television program.
The TV host was rescued by EMS workers along with Ventura County Fire Department and she was immediately taken to Santa Paula Hospital.
Days later, she was discharged and gave fans an update on her Instagram account, writing, "back home and doing great! Thank you for all the [heart emoji]."
